- Prepare and serve meals.
- Bathing and hygiene supervision
- Remind client to take
necessary medication.
- Do light housekeeping, laundry.

client on errands, Dr's appointments and outings.
- Accompany client on daily walks.
- Play checkers, cards, scrabble, etc.
- Read to client.
- Enjoy everyday friendly conversation
together.
- Note and report changes in client's
physical or psychological condition.
- Assist client in maintaining an
optimal level of independence.
